His educational background in International Food & Agribusiness complements his hands-on experience and his drive for impactful initiatives in the agribusiness sector.

Jur Wessels (1994) has a supply and business analyst background in the energy sector and studied Financial Services Management. He has traded for five years in commodities (electricity and gas). The global transition from natural to green gas is a great challenge, but we are ready and working hard. Let’s achieve this together! 

Marius (1968) brings 30 years of expertise in sourcing and trading raw materials for the agri-feed and (pet) food industries. His passion for the circular economy and renewable energy made his transition to ConNRG a natural fit. Marius is excited to leverage his knowledge to drive opportunities in the bio-digestion sector.

Ralph (1979), Co-founder of ConNRG and Connex, has devoted his studies and professional life to Environmental innovations and has over 15 years of experience in the waste-to-energy markets. Ralph is passionate about creating value for residues and speeding up the energy transition.
